Someone's going through mommy's shoes and trying them on.

Chilly Outdoors
Now when I say chilly, it's about 50 degrees at one in the afternoon.
So forgive me if I offended you if you live in colder areas of the country.
Pretty flowers on the Promenade.
Doing my usual balancing on the side walk ledge.
The Santa Monica Pier looks gorgeous.
I wanted to ride the roller coasters and the spinning rides. But I still haven't met the 42" height requirement.
The roller coaster looks really exciting.
I'll settle for the ferris wheel for now. See that hand on my back pocket? That's just my mom wanting to make sure I don't do a crazy stunt.
Just getting cheesy. Brrr..

Rainy Day Sketching
Aren't rainy days kind of a bummer sometimes? Yeah, I know. Sometimes, you've watched all the movies you want to watch, play all the games and toys you wanna play, then what else is left?
Sketching, of course. I have sketchbooks, notebooks, pencils, watercolors, and crayons around the house. Sometimes, my parents come across some papers and cardboards such as this one...from Costco. These big sheets of paper cardboard are used in between pallets. We took one home and voila! A blank canvas of possibilities!
Here's one of my sketches in my notebooks. This color blocking style I'm doing is actually new. I'm sure it's gonna be fashionable for spring collections on the runway.
Here's me starting another one. What do you like to do when it's raining?

After School
I like to do random things after I get home from school.
I get on my bumble bee ride and zoom around. I look for dust bunnies that haven't been picked up or give my stuffed animal friends a ride around the house.
I also like to play my little radio and put it on the floor so it's in the way.
Then I play a game with my mom. We throw mardi gras necklaces on the floor and guess what figures and shapes happen to appear. It's like observing clouds and looking for animal figures. Great way to pass time without watching television.

Hearts Day
It's Valentine's Day. My friends and I exchanged little gifts at school. First, Ms. Maria taught us how to make a fashionable hand-stitched clutch. Then we put all our Valentine's Day loot in it. We were all pretty excited. I was extra happy because my friend Christopher gave me Lip Smacker lip balm. You know I like lip balm, right? And it's bubble gum scent too. Sweet!
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYONE!

Family Day
It's a park kind of day. It was nice and clear outside. As we took a stroll, there's a hint of barbecue in the air. It's Super Bowl Sunday, you know.
As people hooted and hollered in their homes, we hooted and hollered in the park.
My mom even made an effort to bring her sketch book and watercolors. As my dad and I played, she was "speed sketching". It was just getting basic impressions of her surroundings and recording them in her sketchbook. Just a way to get back to her hobby since she really doesn't have time to do so during the work week.
We decided to have pizza for dinner, so we walked to the local pizzeria. As we're waiting for our order, and as I was minding my own business, someone decided to play drums on my head. Hmmmm...but overall it was an enjoyable weekend.
Did you enjoy yours?

Do you Kinect?
My parents and I like to play Kinect on weekend nights.
It gets you to play different kinds of games without leaving your home.
Here's dad warming up before he and mom compete in track and field in Kinect Sports.
I like to play boxing, the bubble game from Kinect Adventures, and also dance to Lady Gaga from Dance Central. Fun time!
