Daddy Four Eyes

Daddy wears glasses now, too. Not all the time though, just at night when needed. Now he looks like an accountant or something.

Invasion of One's Morning Solitude

My mom's slightly annoyed.  She purposely woke up at 5:30am (on a Saturday) to get some quiet time on her own. Well, I have very sharp ears, so I woke up too and followed her in the kitchen.  She was glaring at me as I invaded her morning solitude. She didn't say anything. No good morning or anything.  Rude.  So I took my Polly Pocket set from my room and set it right in front of her on the table. She's not the only one who likes to enjoy early mornings you know. I think she's plotting her escape next time though.

Start Up

Recently, Mom planted a her veggie seeds indoors.  I'm watching them sprout from seeds to baby plants. Once they're strong enough, they will be moved to our vegetable bed.  Hoping for a good harvest later on.  Have you started yours?

Tea and dominoes

My mom and I went to one of the tea shops nearby to hangout on Friday afternoon. As we sat down to relax, I asked my mom if she had any of my toys in her bag. She said no, but asked me to see what I can dig out from the tea shop's box of table games. I found a domino box set. Instead of playing the traditional game of dominoes, my mom then showed me what we can build with them.  Then I said, I need my Little Pet Shops kitty figurines to go in the domino buildings we're building.  She said she doesn't have them and once again asked me to look in the game box to see what I can find.  I found two knights from a chess set rolling around at the bottom so I took those and they worked perfectly fine with domino buildings, stairs, and trucks we built.  I was entertained for about an hour. That allowed my mom to collect her thoughts quietly and wind down from a hectic work week full of meetings. It was a nice and relaxing afternoon.

Fun times and four eyes

Here are some fun pictures.
My cousin and I enjoying the train.
Cheese!
Lollipops. There are four in this picture. Can you find them?
Performing stunts by the water fountain.
I'm always ready for action. See my shorts and tank top underneath my dress?
Oh and I got glasses now. I need to wear them temporarily to help me when reading at home.
You like them?  I picked them out myself.
