Wearing colorful clothing and jelly shoes
Drives a blue and red Radio Flyer bike with training wheels
Drives slowly on patios with head down looking for rollie pollies to run over

Uh-oh, a would-be victim. 
Suspect does not make eye contact. 
Accomplice is a red Boston Terrier who likes to carry a hedge hog in his mouth. Known to be harmless and used by the suspect as a distraction to accomplish her mission.
Suspect also likes to perform tricks on her bike and laugh maniacally.If you have any tips or have seen the suspect, please contact mother who's busy with laundry. Don't bother contacting father, he's out of commission this weekend due to tonsilitis.
